The Business School of Vocational Studies has 4 servers and a total of 140 PCs – workstations, of which more than 110 computers are used for teaching activities. There are currently five laboratories within the School, and it is planned to form another – the sixth laboratory for basic IT training. The main task of the laboratory is to provide quality teaching in the subjects of narrowly specialized areas that are covered in all study programs, and are related to the application of the latest information technologies and methods. In addition, basic IT training for students of the School is held in the laboratories.
They are primarily intended for professional practice, practical classes and laboratory exercises in the process of implementing the curricula of the School.
Within the limits of available capacities and possibilities, the laboratories provide full support in the research, development and commercial activities of the School. This primarily refers to the development of business and dedicated software, hardware and software support in public – Internet information, presentation of the School and its activities, as well as in the implementation of the Project “Distance Education”. Laboratory resources are also used to hold educational courses in various fields: from basic general IT education, through more advanced expertise, to the acquisition of highly professional specialist knowledge and skills.
All computers in the laboratories, as well as in the entire School, are structured networked, which is, among other things, in the past period, the result of the work of the laboratory team for the design and implementation of computer networks. Due to the specific requirements, the latest technological achievements in this field – Wireless computer networking technology – have been applied in the implementation of this network.

1. Laboratory for Information Systems and R&D
The main activity of the laboratory, which has 31 computers, is support in the implementation of curricula for subjects:

The Laboratory for Information Systems enables students to create exercises, projects, seminars, homework and other papers and allows students to work on a computer in their free time.
The Laboratory for Information Systems, in addition, conducts its activity in the field of research and development work of the School. Also, this laboratory provides support to the employees of the School in the use of computers in their workplaces in order to generally improve the business efficiency and efficiency of the School.
